The FireSign Concierge Application gives you four categories to describe your facility.
Describe more than 100 individual floors or buildings with entries for thousands of locations, departments, people and events. All entries work together to create an intelligent directory that makes it easy for your visitors to find people in a department or events at a location (and vice versa) with the tap of a finger.
"Locations" is the only required category. FireSign dynamically adds navigation buttons as you enter details on "People," "Departments" or "Events." This flexibility lets you choose which details you want to share.
The FireSign Concierge Application also lets you customize the color of each category.

The FireSign Concierge Application makes it easy for your guests to see and do more during their visit.
Each entry is tied to a location on your map and includes a text description, wayfinding directions and picture. Events also include a date, time and recurring schedule. FireSign Concierge makes it easy for your visitors to quickly search information alphabetically or by date.
The FireSign Concierge Application lets your visitors explore upcoming events in a list or calendar view. The calendar view is a great feature for encouraging guests to plan a return visit.

You may quickly populate your interactive directory by connecting to third-party systems or by importing static data files. The FireSign Concierge Application includes built-in connections to Evanced Events and EngagedPatrons. These remote data connections automatically update your location and event information with the latest details from either application. Users without a third-party data source may enter data directly into FireSign, or they may import .csv or .xml files.

Set visitors on the right path with walking directions for up to 10 unique starting points. This feature makes FireSign Concierge ideal for facilities with multiple entrances or for campuses with multiple buildings.
FireSign Concierge even lets you identify key locations such as departments, classrooms, service centers or common areas by using highlighted polygons on your floor plan or map. Each highlighted area will appear when a visitor selects that location.

Enable Accessible Navigation
Turn on the accessible navigation feature to instantly give visitors with limited reach access to all your interactivity. An icon near the bottom of the screen reveals a strip of controls corresponding to the buttons and touch areas on the larger interface.

The web-based data administration portal lets you remotely modify details as often as you like. Every update or addition you make is automatically published to your touchscreen displays.
