With our SaaS model, you never have to spend time configuring or maintaining an additional server. We host your FireSign™ Server in our co-location facility where it receives 24/7 support behind a secure firewall. The FireSign team will configure your initial projects, user permissions and display specifications. In addition, all future FireSign upgrades are free to our hosted customers. In other words, we take care of all the details while reducing your administrative overhead, hardware costs and deployment time.

Options for Every Infrastructure

Organizations with strict security requirements or large signage networks may elect to purchase the FireSign Server. Windows XP is the recommended server platform, however, we also offer the FireSign Server for Mac OS X; Linux; Windows® Server 2003, 2008 and Vista.

Network Requirements Administration PC and FireSign Players must have an Internet connection to the hosted FireSign Server. Admnistration PC and FireSign Players can be on a private LAN if desired. No outside connection is required—except for remote support services.
Software Updates Free to Hosted Customers. Available through an Annual License Renewal.
Training & Technical Support “Quick Start” support package is included at no charge.
