From basic content and scheduling administration to advanced server installation, our personal training sessions are relaxed, friendly and flexible. We can train you online, at your location, or at our headquarters. After training with our experts, you will have the confidence to fully manage your FireSign system.

Although FireSign includes comprehensive online help, we encourage all clients to invest in a training and support package.

We offer three standard training packages for new customers.

*Training and Technical Support hours expire 12 months after date of purchase.

Ongoing training and support packages are available by the hour or on an annual commitment. On-site visits are available by contract for consultation, installation, diagnostics, hardware replacement and even content updates.
